Moudy Return & Exchange Policy Terms & Conditions
All customers must check and try the products only in the presence of the courier. If for any reason a customer refuses to receive the order, he/she'd handle the order back to the courier and there will be only the shipping fees to pay.
Once the courier leaves your place, no returns are allowed unless in any of the following cases:
1. Product damage/manufacturing defect.
2. You received a wrong item/s other than what's included in the order confirmation and/or the order receipt.
All customers have up to 30 days from their purchase date to exchange their order (Exchange fee applies)
Please Note the following:
1. Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
2. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
3. Returns that do not meet Moudy Return Policy will not be accepted. and a refund will not be processed also you will be charged with the shipping fees for the order to be delivered back to you.
4. If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
5. Refund procedure will start after inspection according to your payment method
