You can try the shoe in the presence of the courier. If you want to return/request another size upon arrival of the courier to your place, you can give him back the order and there shall be only shipping fees to be paid.
After the courier leaves your place, you can exchange your item for any of the reasons stated below within 30 days from the delivery date:
1. Request a different size.
2. Request a different model at the same or higher price.
3. Request a different color.
4. The product has a manufacturing defect not caused by misuse.
